We were paying in cash and we sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting for finance in order to sign 5 pieces of paper. Our appointment was for 7 pm and people who walk in after us saw the finance person before us. It was ridiculous to wait that length of time for something that took less that 10 minutes. More

Great Cars Every thing went smoothly. However the final signing of the papers took a long time to happen. So Donna and I were able to talk and she is lovely. Every thing went smoothly. However the temperature of the dealership became colder and colder and I was freezing. Finally I went into the finance room where it was a bit warmer. I don't know why I was there for 2 hours. I had the check for the exact amount and could have been out of there in a half hour. More

We visited Island Subaru after we received a promotional email from them over memorial day. Emily, a sales person (who is also a mechanic, something we value) took us for a test drive and answered all our technical questions with great knowledge. We negotiated the final price (lease) with Emily and Dennis, her manager. They were patient and professional, understood our concerns and constraints and we settled on a very good deal for us where they went beyond an offer we had been given late 2017. They staid way overtime so that we would be able to drive back home with the car (10:30pm!) walking us through insurance and financing. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, respectful of the client. Highly recommended. More
