My service was excellent. There was some confusion with my invoice. I was emailed the invoice, requesting payment. When I called to pay with my card I was told it had not yet been sent over from Gary. Ic my invoice. I was emailed the invoice, requesting payment. When I called to pay with my card I was told it had not yet been sent over from Gary. Icalled the following day and after some searching she found the ticket and I gave her my credit card. Several days later Gary called to say the invoice had not been paid. I told him about the phone payment but he could find no record of it. I again gave my card number. Two days later they called for my number again in order to issue a refund as my card had been charged twice. Not the usual efficiency. More
