On Tuesday went in for oil change and was later told my brakes needed grinding down over changed on the brake job .Then told I had a oil leake which was fixed last year .Couldn't get the shuttle to pick me brakes needed grinding down over changed on the brake job .Then told I had a oil leake which was fixed last year .Couldn't get the shuttle to pick me up at my residence over a misunderstanding the driver was a big baby .I know your boss reads these reviews. Great service I normally do not bother writing reviews but when a company like JBA provides you with a excellent service you owed to the company a tell them to plea I normally do not bother writing reviews but when a company like JBA provides you with a excellent service you owed to the company a tell them to please keep up awesome job. When I went to make the appointment for a tire rotation on my new Bolt, Mr. John J. Knoerlein was quick to help me and provide me with warrantee information and made the appointment. As we all know is not at time the work they performed but how is performed, JBA did not disappoint me, and the day of service I again got Mr. Knoerlein to help me. I was expecting a long delay and to my surprised my car was finish before I was able to go thru my email. The waiting area was so clean and they provided some light snack and YEAH coffee. I will be a JBA customer for life. More
