The Sales Manager generated pressure and was focused on expediting the sale, not creating a pleasant experience for the customer. He denied two minor requests I made. After the purchase, a young lady on the sales staff presented an exceptional tutorial on the vehicle's functions to include its infotainment system. During my life, I purchased about 17 brand new vehicles from a manufacturer's dealership. This was my third Kia. Over time, personnel change and the culture and sales philosophies at dealerships evolve. With that thought in mind, I would recommend JBA as well as other area Kia dealerships. Seek and assess competition. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting, pleasant and "feel good" experience. For this customer, JBA was marginally acceptable. More
