The error message appeared as I was driving home. I contacted my Sales Consultant, Chris Gencel, I he didn't hesitate to address the issue. Their radio person couldn't fix the issue so the Sales Manager, Mike King, approved for me to take the vehicle to Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. After Tate Dodge finally fixed the issue, J.B.A. covered all associated costs! If you're in the market for a vehicle, ask for Chris Gencel. I'm sure the other Sales Consultants are capable as well but I dealt with Chris. He helped negotiate the deal and was easy to talk to. Highly recommend this dealership! More
