As usual, JBA Kia surpassed my expectations and I was out within an hour. The service staff (especially Tracy Delgado) are just the best I have encountered and I have complete confidence that they are lookin within an hour. The same cannot be said for Kia of Annapolis who are a stain on the industry; I drive an extra 30 minutes to Glen Burnie to avoid the disaster of the Annapolis Kia service department who will never touch one of my cars ever again.
