I made a mistake and fueled the wrong number and Darianna answered . He actually listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The whole process felt way more relaxed than I expected when buying a vehicle. Everything was explained clearly — pricing, financing, all of it — and there were no surprise twists. That alone made a huge difference. Honestly, the biggest thing I can say is this: I’ve never owned a Ford before, and I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Phil.
