Very satisfied. My service writer was very nice, she made sure I was informed well. My quick lane tech was Gene and he did a great job on the mounting and balancing o My service writer was very nice, she made sure I was informed well. My quick lane tech was Gene and he did a great job on the mounting and balancing of my tires. He also did an alignment. My vehicle drives so much better now. Gene also recommended some things be done to my vehicle that I was unaware of and I appreciated that. More

Just Oil Change I don't think they are as friendly as the Savannah location. This site does not have a body shop. I have paint chips that need to be checked out! Building needs to be renavated and consider some new staff members too. I have always purchased my Veicles from JC Lewis Savannah. Guess I will continue to do my maintenance there too. The Savannah site offers Coke while you wait, this site had nothing to offer either! Freezing cold and dirty waiting room. More
