JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville is a crooked dealership with ZERO integrity! Buyer BEWARE! I brought in my 2022 Ford Escape for 2 service related issues... they kept my car for over 30 days with AWFUL communic ZERO integrity! Buyer BEWARE! I brought in my 2022 Ford Escape for 2 service related issues... they kept my car for over 30 days with AWFUL communication. (Meanwhile I can see on the app, my car was actually dead majority of the time they had it). Then magically after keeping my car 30+ days and numerous follow up attempts, the service department said there was "nothing wrong with the car".... if nothing was wrong, why did you keep it so long?! Why did you say it wasn't normal when I dropped it off? After resorting to social media, Mr. Julian Lewis himself called me to try and pacify me... they ended up buying my vehicle for a low price... Go figure, less than 24 hours later they have listed this car on their website with a nice $3k profit!! They are going to sell that car knowing those issues haven't been resolved, and leave the next buyer to deal with it. Shame on them, Buyer BEWARE! More
