Buyer Beware Initial impression of this dealership was very good as they were responsive to an email request for a price but wanted me to show up to the dealership Initial impression of this dealership was very good as they were responsive to an email request for a price but wanted me to show up to the dealership for negotiations. I showed up and met with my salesman, Justin Girardeau, and began the final negotiations. Mind you, I live 3 hours away but had other work in the area so only had to go a short distance out of the way. While I left the dealership to complete my work, we negotiated via email/text and agreed upon a price for the said vehicle. After negotiating our price, I was informed by my salesman that they had swapped the original sport package wheels off of the truck and replaced them with chrome wheels. I told him that i didn't want the chrome wheels and he said we could work things out. I returned to the dealership to complete the paperwork including all finance paperwork and wrote a check for my deposit. I inquired about them swapping the wheels back to the original package that were advertised and disclosed to me when I originally met with them. Justin said he would have to speak with his sales manager Russ Rozelle. Mr. Rozelle came back out and said he would have to speak with his GM but that there may be another issue; the Savannah lot is working with a buyer on the same truck and said he would have an answer within an hour. Remember, I'm 3 hours from home and its 4:00 pm and I wasn't going to wait another hour after the wheel bait and switch. Bottom line, they were trying to play me with another buyer and whoever was going to pay the most for the truck was going to get it. It didn't matter to them that we had a deal and I had a check in their Finance Manager's hand. Serious lack of integrity and ethics within the management structure of this dealership! More

Great Experience We live in Charleston, SC and are expecting our first child so we had to upgrade from my wife's coupe. We found the car online and was contacted by Zach. He was more than willing to work with us via phone, gave us sound information on the car and met our price range. Upon arriving 2.5 hours later, he met us at the door, showed us the car and it was everything he said it was. My wife loves the car and I'm more than comfortable knowing my newborn will be in the car, as well. Even after a few days, Zach was more than helpful by answering any and all questions we had. He made it such a great experience to work with JC Lewis. Highly recommend them. More

I appreciate that they stay in touch with me and explain to me the whole process of what needs to be done to my car. The only thing I'd say needs improvement is the timeliness of things.
