Our 2011 Ford Escape developed a problem, I called J. C. Lewis Ford Service and had the good fortune to be connected to Dan Holton. He told us to have it brought in and they would see what the problem was. We had it towed and dropped off. Dan was in constant communication with us, the car was repaired quickly and we were not inconvenienced in at all. It is truly a blessing to have someone say they will call you back shortly, and then actually do it. We have brought several cars from J. C. Lewis in the 20 plus years that we have lived here, and will continue to do so. More
5000 Mile Checkup I called your dealership to schedule my appointment. Dan Holton said it would take 1 hour. I could call him any time with any questions. I should contact him directly to arrange my next appointment. He was wonderful. It was fabulous experience. More

For the past 20 years plus we have a great relationship with all of the employees from the receptionist to the service personnel. Disatisfied with service Took my F-350 in for service and (the works) and did not receive the works. Instead they kept my truck for 3 day because of an unrelated problem with Took my F-350 in for service and (the works) and did not receive the works. Instead they kept my truck for 3 day because of an unrelated problem with the diesel exhaust fluid, after they fixed it they forgot to do the actual do the service I brought in for. The service manager never called me to give a status on what was wrong with my truck. I only found out because I called him toward the end of the day to ask if my truck was ready. They never rotated my tire which means they didn't inspect my breaks. For $129 service I expect a lot better service or at least do the service I'm paying for. Overall very poor service. More

Kept His Word I spent 4 mos looking for the exact F-150 Sport Pick Up. Black Interior & Lithium Grey Exterior. I had other 'wants' on my punch-list that were specific and exact. Mr Offer made a personal phone pitch on Memorial Weekend to me with a promise he could deliver the truck & the payment I wanted. The man kept his word. The Sales Associates (sans one finance guy...) were very professional and thorough. They also gave me a deal on a spray in liner (which was on my punch-list) at cost. Though Mr Offer didn't recall the request he still made it happen. To top it off, they ordered a tailgate bumper that'd been damaged during the spray in procedure. No questions asked. Steve H & Mike O are A-OK with me. Love my truck! More
