Each incident was hand I purchased my vehicle new from J C Lewis Ford back in 2010. Long story short, I had many warranty claims with my Ford Mustang. Each incident was handled in a prompt manner within a week at most. They deal with a lot of Ford owners, so taking the time to fix and resolve my issues in a timely fashion earned them a lot of respect. They earned my respect and business! There is a strong chance I will purchase another Ford in the future, but for now I am grateful of the service department helping me keep my ride running like new. Worst experience ever!!!! I took my 09 Ford Flex into their service station because it was idling high, cutting offat random, and the check engine light came on. After I dropp I took my 09 Ford Flex into their service station because it was idling high, cutting offat random, and the check engine light came on. After I dropped my vehicle off they called me two weeks later stating that they we'll need more time to diagnose the problem. At this time they didn't offer me a replacement car or any compensation for my time. After the 3 week I began to call my service representative relentlessly. He didn't once answer my call or return my voice mail. When he finally decided to call me, I informed him of all the voice mail messages I left him. His response was "oh man I never check those". After another month off getting the run around and playing phone tag the supervisor calls me and tells me so interesting news. He stated that they have yet to figure out what's wrong with my car and I have a diagnoses fee of almost 300 dollars. They had my car for almost 5 months without ever figuring out what the problem was. After 4.5 months the supervisor calls me and tells me that I need to pick of my vehicle because they can't fix it. After I picked it up the battery was dead and they told me I need a new battery, but the battery is less than two years old. Overall horrible experience and this is my last dealings with your company ever. More
