Worst experience ever!!!! I took my 09 Ford Flex into their service station because it was idling high, cutting offat random, and the check engine light came on. After I dropped my vehicle off they called me two weeks later stating that they we'll need more time to diagnose the problem. At this time they didn't offer me a replacement car or any compensation for my time. After the 3 week I began to call my service representative relentlessly. He didn't once answer my call or return my voice mail. When he finally decided to call me, I informed him of all the voice mail messages I left him. His response was "oh man I never check those". After another month off getting the run around and playing phone tag the supervisor calls me and tells me so interesting news. He stated that they have yet to figure out what's wrong with my car and I have a diagnoses fee of almost 300 dollars. They had my car for almost 5 months without ever figuring out what the problem was. After 4.5 months the supervisor calls me and tells me that I need to pick of my vehicle because they can't fix it. After I picked it up the battery was dead and they told me I need a new battery, but the battery is less than two years old. Overall horrible experience and this is my last dealings with your company ever. More

False promises My spouse and I purchased a very nice used SUV from this dealership around 6 months ago. Tim Tally was our salesman. He was extremely nice, as was everyone else (such as to get us to purchase the vehicle) - until we bought the car and drove it off the lot. That's when they stop caring! We noticed that the head rests in the back seat were missing. When we returned the vehicle a few days later to look at had pedal (sticking) I brought it to Mr. Tally's attention who "supposedly" investigated to where they might be. After a few more days, and another visit to the service department to have the gas pedal looked at AGAIN - I met with Mr. Tally who pulled out a few mismatched head rests from behind his desk. I want happy! When I mentioned we should have the actual headrests that go with the vehicle, whether they need to be ordered (or not) his only reply was "You got a really good deal on your vehicle" as to imply that we'd have to replace the headrests ourselves, at our own expense! Unacceptable!! First, headrests are a SAFETY DEVICE and should have been in the vehicle before it was sold! We only noticed it next day, because it was evening time (before closing) when we test drove it. Needless to say - we got the brush off. I contacted the supposed "service manager" (big tall guy - forgot his name) who understood my concern when on the phone, and "agreed" with me and said he now "owns this problem" and will fix it and contact me (he promised) back to rectify it. Well. I've been waiting 6 months for him to honor his promise. Still no phone call, still no head rests and we (still to this day) have never had a passenger in the back seat due to safety reasons. I'm still angry that they haven't shown any care to us after we bought the car, or replaced the headrests (safety device). But I'm holding that sales team to the promise that I'll receive a phone call when the headrests are replaced. Now we're in the market to buy a new Ford Flex, and our current SUV is due for its scheduled maintenance. I guess we'll go to a nearby competitor's dealership and give them a chance, and the income. Since this JC Lewis sales team doesn't seem to give a crap! More
