They are janky they over price you card and break down 5 times a month and they will not fix it. And if they do they only focus on what you tell them they do t do a curtesy inspection or a 10pt inspection t times a month and they will not fix it. I've had my Kia Soul for 2 years almost and for the most part I have been taking care of. My car was way overpriced but my credit was not the greatest and I needed a car fast and they really helped me get o part I have been taking care of. The only reason I rated them a three was because of the price of the car or the interest that I would be paying on the car. But as far as customer service they are great. Oil changes were $10 they just went to 25 and I still think that is a great deal. I would not go to them again if I could get a loan with cheaper interest from somewhere else but in my situation they helped me a lot More
