The service manager was very coherent when he was describing things that might need to be serviced on my car. He also kept me updated as I waited patiently. Emergency battery replacement I called Chip the service manager this afternoon & told him my car wouldn't start he stated he may not be able to get to me today but he would check t I called Chip the service manager this afternoon & told him my car wouldn't start he stated he may not be able to get to me today but he would check the battery. When I arrived him & Ruben were on it! Not only did they check the battery but they ordered & replaced the battery in a timely manner! My car drives like new!
