It caused me to assume that all car salesmen were only after every penny I had in my bank account, until I found J&L Auto! Their complete sales team was beyond exceptional (Although, I unfortunately didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the star team member Frank The Dog.) Definitely not your average car dealership & I mean that in the BEST way! They won't pressure you & they'll answer all your questions. They speak with you as an actual person, NOT just a customer. They want to help you make sure you're comfortable with your decision and won’t try to sneak on thousands of dollars of unnecessary extras. I would refer any future car buyers to this dealership. A Car Dealer That You Can Feel Good About Just good people doing a great job. I was in the Automotive Business for 27 Years. Being a GM Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Administrato Just good people doing a great job. I was in the Automotive Business for 27 Years. Being a GM Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Administrator gives me a unique perspective on buying cars. I purchased a 2010 VW Routan from J&L Auto in February. The sales person (Jackson Hukill) answered my questions and provided excellent service in a friendly and professional manner. Three weeks after my purchase, one of the power windows stopped working. During my intial visit, I asked Jackson what happens if something like this occured. He told me that they would repair failures of this matter for 30 days. Keeping in mind that this was a verbal commitment and there was nothing in writing, I telephoned Jackson and requested that it be repaired. Without hesitation he said they would repair it for free. The point of all of this is not only did I get a good deal, I got a Dealership that would stand by their word. Thanks Jackson and everyone at J&L. More

they have awesome vehicles, at fair prices. The vehicles are checked over very well. If there is a problem, they will make it right. They have been in business cince 1975, i think that speaks a lot to their business ethics, i bet they have watch competitors come and go, over the years, and they have stood the test of time. More
