Record-breaking visit! I stopped by late on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change and was in and out within 25 minutes. Excellent Customer Care I brought the 2008 Honda CRV to J L Freed we just bought for my daughter to have 2 new keys cut and programmed. I went in at 11 AM on a Friday without I brought the 2008 Honda CRV to J L Freed we just bought for my daughter to have 2 new keys cut and programmed. I went in at 11 AM on a Friday without an appointment. They were kind enough to fit me in and also investigated and found that we had an open recall on the passenger airbag. Always have a great experience at Freed’s Had annual inspection and oil change. Needed two new tires this time. I purchased a Honda Fit in 2011 and have gotten service at Freed’s ever since.
