As I made an appointment online (which was easy to use) all my information came through and I was on my way. The while process only took an hour and a half and I recieved a call telling me my car was ready. This was much quicker than I expected. When I came in the car was brought around quickly and they went over my car. Overall awesome experience! More

Brake service I have normally been pleased with the service at J. L. Freed, however I brought the CRV in because the brakes were grinding. They said that I should p I have normally been pleased with the service at J. L. Freed, however I brought the CRV in because the brakes were grinding. They said that I should put in new brake pads & have the rear & front rotors re-surfaced.. When I brought the CRV in for inspection in October they did not mention any problem or excess wear and passed the brakes for inspection. Now 4,000 miles later there is grinding. If I was informed in October that there was a problem I could have taken care of it then & maybe I would not have had to re-surface the rotors. More
