Normally good service, but not this time. Normally exceptional service, but not this time. Had to get the gear shift repaired on a two year old CRV. The service advisor, Ken, who handled my case was very helpful and curteous. A pleasant greeting from the cashier completes the experience, and your car is waiting just a few steps away.
