HORRIFIC - DESTROYED INTERIOR OF BRAND NEW CAR Detail shop destroyed the interior of my car. Not once but twice. Gear shift cover deeply scratched, media screen scratched and smeared with grease. Greasy residue on entire interior, including windows and sunroof. Major dent on rear passenger side door jamb. My car was dropped off in brand new condition, still had new car smell and less than 2000 miles on the car. More

Work is done quickly and at reasonable prices I have only had routine maintenance, such as lubes, oil and filter changes and inspections done because the car hasn't had any real problems. Even the I have only had routine maintenance, such as lubes, oil and filter changes and inspections done because the car hasn't had any real problems. Even the small issues such as key battery replacements have been done in less than an hour. The inspections are done at no charge and mostly without appointments. The staff is competent and very polite. Automotive service is an annoying necessity, but the folks at J L Freed have done everything they can to make it as painless an experience as possible. 😀 More

Knowledgeable I had taken my Accord to another dealership where I was told I needed to have my brake pad replaced and rotors turns to fix an issue of a strange soun I had taken my Accord to another dealership where I was told I needed to have my brake pad replaced and rotors turns to fix an issue of a strange sound coming from my wheels. 1st of all, they also told me my pad were at 9/32. So why would they need to be replaced? They were going to charge $299 for new pads and turning of rotors. I asked for my keys I brought my case to Freed and they assessed my concerns and fixed my wheel my removing tires and lubing beads. ISSUE, RESOLVED. More
