Rattling in cars engine Had to have multiple appointments for this to be corrected. You had the car for a full day a month prior. Nobody looked at my car until 3:00 PM. I w Had to have multiple appointments for this to be corrected. You had the car for a full day a month prior. Nobody looked at my car until 3:00 PM. I was told that they could not find the problem. I brought the car in on a Saturday when I experienced the problem. I was told you were too busy despite the fact that I was told to bring in the car if I experienced the problem. Experiencing the problem again, I then called last Saturday morning (8:00 AM Sept 29) and was told their was no appointments until Tuesday. You were at least able to get me in on Monday after stating my problems. A mechanic informed me of my problem in the Wawa parking lot. My car was finally completed on Tuesday. This experience soured me on the service center. If you leave the car for service for the day, no one looks at the car until later in the day. More
