JL Freed has always been reliable, consistent and courteous. They are generally pretty good with time and keep you well informed on everything. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I saw a JL Freed vehicle online late in December 2017 that was just what I was looking for. Craig invited me to take a test drive and within a short t I saw a JL Freed vehicle online late in December 2017 that was just what I was looking for. Craig invited me to take a test drive and within a short time of talking in person to Craig in Internet sales and Geoff Smith in the showroom, I felt at home right away. After the test drive, there was no pressure and Geoff did an excellent job of working with me and covering all of details of the sale. As it was getting late, he even offered me some his dinner and helped me clean out my trade - no joke. That same evening I discussed my concerns and dissatisfaction with a defect with my Crosstour purchased at another dealership. Geoff demonstrated real concern by conferring with the service department. I spoke to Service Manager Chris who asked me to come in and have the issue evaluated. I had already been through at least two other dealerships with this issue without satisfaction. I dropped off the Crosstour and was offered a loaner vehicle and full explanation by Chris and Service Technician Mike. I was amazed at the level of customer attention, ease of the service transaction. Chris and Mike discussed the issues with me in detail. And not only could they fix what so many others couldn’t, I've never seen a more friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service department. A customer couldn’t ask for more. More
Extremely slow Was quoted for a 6 business day repair and it took over 20 business days. Did not receive updates on the work that was being done. I ended up going over my 1000 limit by 600 because they took so long and now i have to pay an additional money out of pocket because they took so long. This body shop is overwhelmed with cars so its best to go to someone else because they will not have in mind that there are other costs to getting a car repaired. Will not use JL Freed for anything again. More

Good Samaritans Recently, my husband and I were driving my mother-in-law to a nursing home in Ambler, PA. It had been a difficult decision to make, but with her demen Recently, my husband and I were driving my mother-in-law to a nursing home in Ambler, PA. It had been a difficult decision to make, but with her dementia, it was becoming clear that she needed more help than we could provide. Our Honda Odyssey was packed with her belongings and when we were about 20 minutes away, we lost all ability to accelerate. Fortunately, we were able to pull to the side of 476 without getting hit. Since it was Saturday and most garages were closed, we had our van towed to J.L. Freed. They were so helpful to my husband, who stayed with the van. The dealership gave us a loaner car to use, allowing my husband to get to the intake appointment for his mother. We were able to get my mother-in-law settled and to focus on her needs instead of our car issues. They also graciously allowed us to drive the car back to Baltimore where we live and had left our kids; we just had to bring it back in two days. We ended up having our van towed back to Baltimore since we weren't positive what we were going to do with it, but we will forever be grateful to J.L. Freed's service team for their helpful attitude to us in our time of need. If we lived in PA, we would definitely visit J.L. Freed to look for our next car. More
You will have more trouble I recently had done on a four-wheel alignment at this dealership, Right after I had the service, I noticed I got some intermittent clunk knock noise f I recently had done on a four-wheel alignment at this dealership, Right after I had the service, I noticed I got some intermittent clunk knock noise from my car. After a few days, it got obvious that something was wrong. So, I took a look and noticed front passenger side inside wheel has grease. So I took my car to my regular trusted technician, he test drove the car and found a loose nut on one of the joint. He tighten the nut and the noise was gone. I called the J.L Freed Honda and talked to the manager Matthew Beatty and asked for the refund of $95.40 which is the charge by my technician. He asked I took my car back. So I did and they said they found nothing wrong which was obvious as the problem was fixed by my technician. Matt refused to refund and ask why I did not took the car to their place the first time. I told them is the trust issue as the guy who did the job made other mistakes: 1) mistakenly changed my engine oil. 2) did not close my hood properly because the next day I was on route 309 freeway and the engine hood start to vibrate and pop up. I have to stop on the shoulder to close it. More
A part leftover in my car missed in engine. I bought my car at JL Feed in 2016. After a collision, I thought it was a good idea get it fixed there. After, an horrible experience dealing with b I bought my car at JL Feed in 2016. After a collision, I thought it was a good idea get it fixed there. After, an horrible experience dealing with bodyshop ,I finally received my car with a part left in the car. Actually, this part was removed from.the engine and they did not put it back know before delivering the car. I don't know at which level this might affect my car. I just noticed that my gaz consumption has slightly increased. So unprofessional and neglected work behavior!!! More

I had a flat tire and called them 5 minutes before closing time, they were happy to see me, serviced the vehicle and didn't take a dime for the service. I don't know how you can get better than that.
