First time disappointed I brought my Honda Accord in for a noise in the right front of the car. I was told the strut needed to be replaced but they did not have one in stock I brought my Honda Accord in for a noise in the right front of the car. I was told the strut needed to be replaced but they did not have one in stock 4/24 so I agreed to return the next morning. I arrived at 7:45 AM. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours so I decided to wait. By 11:00, I had heard nothing so went to the front desk to ask about the car. After some time, I was told that the new strut was bent and so they had to send out for a new one. I wish someone would have told me that sooner as my daughter lives about 5 minutes from the Honda dealership and I could have gone there to wait. But it was too late now so I continued to wait. I was finally called up front at about 12:30 but then they said the car was still making some unexplained noise and they didn't want me to take it until they checked it out again. Finally at 1:00 I got the car. Can't rate quality as I have only driven it for a day and hope it is ok. Everyone was nice to me but at 85 yrs, I was tired by the time I left. More

My AC broke once more due to a condenser but my lease warranty had recently expired so my charge to repair was absurdly high. When going in to pay, Holly at the desk could tell I was frustrated with the high charge for an issue I had recently had worked on. The sales team would not take the time to look deeper into the issue but she went out of her way to look into my service history to see the work I had recently had performed and took it back to management, and was able to get the charge down. I greatly appreciated Holly having genuine care for the customer and going out of her way to help another person when she did not need to get involved at all, it was unexpected and great customer service. Thank you! More

Very Good service ,friendly staff completed a tire plug and replaced the tire back on the car and put original spare and all parts back in storage area.
