State inspection JL Freed was ready for me when I came in for my appointment. They are friendly and answer questions. The cookies are good and I appreciate that water. Oil change and tire rotation surprise I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I had a recall also I wasn’t aware of. Took care of it immediately and I was out in 45 minu I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I had a recall also I wasn’t aware of. Took care of it immediately and I was out in 45 minutes. When I drive a away in realized my control panel wasn’t working and I could control anything so turned around and went back. They said they due to recall they forgot to plug something in behind my glove box which they said they fixed. Off I went home 45 min away. Got home open the glovebox and it would close back off. It wasn’t fixed right. So I had to go back 45 min again the next day. It was an easy fix but it was a three time visit which was utterly annoying More care needs to be taken to ensure a simple maintenance trip does not turn into ppl rushing to get you out rather than take an extra 10 min to make sure they have it right. I’d rather wait another -0 min than to have drive back 2 more times. Just awful this time around. More
