Got the truck I wanted They had the exact truck I was looking for, so they didn't have much "selling" to do. That being said, Mike was super friendly and accommodating. Mi They had the exact truck I was looking for, so they didn't have much "selling" to do. That being said, Mike was super friendly and accommodating. Mike didn't bat an eye when I asked to drive another vehicle just as a comparison and he worked very hard to get me the trade-in price I needed. Mike worked very hard for this sale! That being said, I was not happy about the $595 Doc Fee or $200 VIN scan. Being from out of State this was absurdly high to me! The previous week my wife and I purchased a used VW from a dealership in the Albany, NY area and paid only an $85 Doc Fee (we had our own financing in both circumstances). So, not sure if that high Doc fee is a CT thing or.......(not my place to say) In the end, Mike worked to meet me half way on the combined Doc and scan fee and took $500 off the vehicle and my (new to me) truck fits my needs perfectly. More
