I think that they need better sales people at this dealership. They have some really beautiful cars, better cars than the actual new car dealers but the salespeople are obviously not paid on commission because there is no follow up, no hustle. I should not have to call to see if the car is back from being fixed! Everything that I learned about the car was from a salesman at an actual Audi dealership prior to coming here, otherwise I wouldn't have know how to even turn it on as I was just given the keys to go for a solo ride in the hood. Overall, J&S sold me a beautiful preowned car that was like brand new and I am very happy and would totally buy from here again. More
