I Bid on a car they had listed with No Reserve on Bring a Trailer, the high bidder could not secure funds to pay for the car. BAT contacted me to let me know car was for sale . I offered the same amount tha Trailer, the high bidder could not secure funds to pay for the car. BAT contacted me to let me know car was for sale . I offered the same amount that the high bidder offered with immediate payment. I was informed by the listing agent that the dealer wanted more for the car and they had another offer. I offered $5000.00 more than the offer they claimed to have and again was told they wanted more. When the listing agent told them that was my final offer they turn him down. As he was telling me they would not accept my last offer, they text him and said close the deal! It took a week after they were wire transferred the funds for me to receive the title to the car. Purchased a 2024 Ford Raptor R a few weeks back for $110,000. Paid $1800 to have it shipped to my home in Texas. Upon arrival I noticed the radio did not play and the power tonneau did not work. Took i $110,000. Paid $1800 to have it shipped to my home in Texas. Upon arrival I noticed the radio did not play and the power tonneau did not work. Took it to my local ford dealer the next day. They advised someone had removed the power convertor among other things. Was going to cost over 3K to fix. Called the dealership and they advised I could return the truck which I did. They refunded my money, case closed right, wrong! A week later I get a call from Ally the finance company who financed the truck. They advised my payment was past due. I stated I had returned the truck, they said no one from J&S had contacted them stating I had returned and I needed to reach out to the dealership. Called my salesman Rami, nothing, reached out to George, nothing. Called yesterday and was bounced around, finally left a message with finance but still no call back. It is very disappointing because George and J&S seems different, that's why I purchase from them but at the end of they day they are not. Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, I wouldn't recommend. More

Bought a M5 here with max, the buying experience was fast and easy. Only issues with the buying experience was the lack of documentation or acknowledgment just buying a 100k car. It was just a here is your car and goodbye. Afterwards had some issues with the car but this time dealt with Mathew and AMAZING customer service responsive and on top of it all. My car had all issues fixed and car was even picked up from my house. Couldn’t be more grateful with Mathew for all the help after purchase. Would buy here again just a different agent for purchase due to lack of interest at sale. More
