I was not notified by service writer that vehicle was ready. Vehicle was not available for pick up when I arrived . I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. First time visit with my 2017 JKU. Clean entry. Coffee and seating available. Used a coupon to get a better rate on an oil change. Cindy was friendly and responsive. Cons, i never got any email of the paperwork...may have just been a glitch. It did take 2 weeks to complete my job, but it was a replacement of the rear differential assembly so that’s a pretty big job and getting parts on time during COVID is also a challenge. I would say i had a 5 star experience, but all my work was covered by warranty so it’s easy to be happy with the work when you didn’t have any out of pocket. That said, the work that was done seems to be top notch and I’m, so far, very happy with the quality of the work. More
