From the beginning Adrian was there through each step of the process. Buying my first car out of state was easier then any car I’ve purchased in person. Was quoted 2 days max for my vehicle to be serviced. Called constantly to check in and no progress was made till a whole week passed. Was told I'd get a call back with updates same day and never got cal Called constantly to check in and no progress was made till a whole week passed. Was told I'd get a call back with updates same day and never got called. I knew the issue when I went in and they fixed it but now my vehicle is running like crap. My steering is now off and my breaks make a loud thud noise when I depress them. For a small evap leak idk why my vehicle has so many new issues since the small repair that it needed should have nothingntondo with everything else. Now I gotta fix it myself. I figured since it was under warranty and the dealer would take care of it I wouldn't have an issue. Boy was I wrong. More
