Bad communication Took the jeep in and the communication was horrible, waited 2 days until I finally heard something and then they wanted to charge me for repairs on so Took the jeep in and the communication was horrible, waited 2 days until I finally heard something and then they wanted to charge me for repairs on something they should have done before releasing the vehicle to begin with. Jason was Great and very informative, He took care of the issue. I received my vehicle back and noticed my back window does not stay up anymore but I never had an issue before I took it in, so that was not good. I didn't even bother calling it in because I may be without a vehicle for another 2 days. Overall dissatisfied with everything!! More
