I had to call for updates, otherwise no communication for 2 weeks while they had my car. Just received it back, and still having same issue I dropped it off for! Originally, we were scheduled for service at two different Moss Bros. Dealerships (San Berdo and Riverside) for two different vehicles. Well, they fouled that up and said we weren’t on the schedule different Moss Bros. Dealerships (San Berdo and Riverside) for two different vehicles. Well, they fouled that up and said we weren’t on the schedule and it might take a week to finish. And no ride back home! Then we found J Star in Anaheim. What a difference! They called ME to let me know a loaner car is scheduled for me. They completed the work on both vehicles in a timely fashion, and always kept me advised of status. Free car wash too! I’ll be back to see these guys again. F__k Moss Bros. ! More
