Nevertheless, Harvey, the assigned technician at the dealership, handled the situation with utmost professionalism and provided exceptional service throughout. Firstly, Harvey patiently listened to my concerns without dismissing them, even though the problem wasn't occurring at the time of my visit. He took the time to understand the issue and explained the process and timelines involved in addressing it. His clear and concise communication made me feel reassured and confident in the service I would receive. Since my car was still under warranty, Harvey promptly initiated the process of replacing the faulty screen. What impressed me the most was that he didn't ask me to leave the car at the dealership while waiting for the replacement part.
