I called early in the morning to request an appointment to have my new car serviced. The receptionist that took my call was very courteous. By noon the problem had been diagnosed and repaired. Can't ask for any more than that. More

My service representative did a great job. She listened and executed everything I need done on my 2019 Ram 1500. She ordered the parts needed to resolve an outstanding issue. Went in for an oil change for my 2003 Jeep Wrangler and asked service to check an annoying noise under the frame. 2 weeks later and $2,054.87 bill I got the car back. Noise not fixed!?! In the two weeks I probably called Jay in service department 20 times. Lack of assistance, no information, I’ll call you back - but didn’t-, was a joke.
