Very poor Service! Never follow up about your maintenance ! I went there several times for maintenance and recalls. Jay is friendly ,Nacho is Okay. But Nacho seems not knowledgeable and promise to call back for pick up or follow up, but he never calls you back positive , you have to call him again and again , sometimes he doesn't answer the phone instead of voice massage, thought you left him a message, but NEVER call you back. Cindy Shelton made all the difference. Years ago I visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind. Cindy was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all atten visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind.
