Very poor Service! Never follow up about your maintenance ! I went there several times for maintenance and recalls. Jay is friendly ,Nacho is Okay. Cindy Shelton made all the difference. Years ago I visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind. Cindy was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all atten visited J Star and I was leading the service call, hence the blind leading the blind.
