GPS unit installed in the car has never worked properly since purchase. Been in for service 4 times in 11 months. Complimentary oil change offered to mitigate the bad service took 2.5 hours. Service seems to have been fine. Only thing, I asked for no wash because I had just spent $200 on a detail. The price I was qouted for service was later retracted and was way higher than the original quote. Service was delayed due to mechanics going home sick.
