GPS unit installed in the car has never worked properly since purchase. Been in for service 4 times in 11 months. Complimentary oil change offered to mitigate the bad service took 2.5 hours. Service seems to have been fine. Only thing, I asked for no wash because I had just spent $200 on a detail. I don’t think they washed it but someone definitely turned the front and rear windshield sprayers no wash because I had just spent $200 on a detail. The price I was qouted for service was later retracted and was way higher than the original quote. Service was delayed due to mechanics going home sick. We decided to take our car to another location. Not a dealer and they told us the dealer locked them from being able to do diagnostics. Now they can not help us so we need to AAA to another dealer to unl dealer and they told us the dealer locked them from being able to do diagnostics.
