Hidden Labor fees Agreed to 20k standard service minus brake inspection. Since these are services you do hundreds of times, I would assume your labor is known and added Agreed to 20k standard service minus brake inspection. Since these are services you do hundreds of times, I would assume your labor is known and added to pricing. Not sure what Labor type C is, since there is no legend. But, at check-out labor fees were added in excess of 90.00. That is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. , More

Was quoted 2 days max for my vehicle to be serviced. Called constantly to check in and no progress was made till a whole week passed. Was told I'd get a call back with updates same day and never got cal Called constantly to check in and no progress was made till a whole week passed. Was told I'd get a call back with updates same day and never got called. I knew the issue when I went in and they fixed it but now my vehicle is running like crap. My steering is now off and my breaks make a loud thud noise when I depress them. For a small evap leak idk why my vehicle has so many new issues since the small repair that it needed should have nothingntondo with everything else. Now I gotta fix it myself. I figured since it was under warranty and the dealer would take care of it I wouldn't have an issue. Boy was I wrong. More
