Upon pickup, I waited 25-30 minutes for someone to go get my car even after asking multiple times if someone was getting it. They weren’t busy, so it just shows a clear lack of a good communication system be my car even after asking multiple times if someone was getting it. They weren’t busy, so it just shows a clear lack of a good communication system between the service techs and the porters. To top it off, when I drove off I noticed the check engine light was on (which was the whole reason for bringing it in. Thankfully Jay was understanding and helpful in immediately diagnosing the issue, however I will still have to bring my car in again once a part arrives. Overall very frustrating experience More
