WILL SELL YOU A LEMON AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR IT Sold me a car that had a bad catalytic converter in it. They knew it was bad and lied saying the car was in perfect condition. The Process The process was a good experience. I traveled 2 states to get the 2004 Infiniti. Carla was very responsive to my emails, Charles was ready for me when The process was a good experience. JT Auto Sales staff My first contact was from Christy at JT’s. I had already picked the vehicle out I wanted and had to fly/drive from out of town. It took about a week t My first contact was from Christy at JT’s. I had already picked the vehicle out I wanted and had to fly/drive from out of town. It took about a week to get everything nailed down. Christy stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out and get right back to me. She exceeded my expectations. Nikita picked me up from the airport even though it was her day off. She took me to JT’s and made sure I was all good before she left. Devin is the manager at JT’s. There was a minor issue with the vehicle before I could take possession. Devin worked extremely hard trying to track down the part. The part never arrived, so Devin and I worked out an agreeable solution. Devin & the finance guy submitted my proposal to the owner. The owner agreed to my terms and more. He went far beyond what I expected. All in all it was a very good purchase.
