JN Chevrolet has the worst customer service on Oahu. Their service advisors do not call you for vehicle updates. You have to call and leave multiple messages before they call you back. They have had my vehicle for over three weeks with no clear date when will be fixed. All to correct an issue they caused by performing a safety recall on the driver airbag. Initially after performing the recall they called and said my vehicle is ready. I go there to pick up and there is an airbag warning light on the dashboard. Who calls and says your vehicle is good when they caused a warning light to come on. Ridiculous. Then they say thy want to charge me for a diagnostic. WHAT!! After going back and forth with them multiple times they said, well you will need to leave the vehicle with them to troubleshoot with Chevy to figure out the cause. Three weeks and still no resolution. Save yourself time and money. Don't go there for anything!! More

Zero Stars - Extremely Poor Service at JN Chevrolet I had an incredibly disappointing experience with JN Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was serviced on November 13, 2024, because th had an incredibly disappointing experience with JN Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was serviced on November 13, 2024, because the fan under the hood was running loudly and continued even after the car was turned off. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. After a diagnostic, I was told the engine coolant temperature sensor was the issue. I paid $845.61 and was assured that the problem was resolved. However, less than a week later, the same issues returned, and I had difficulty starting the car. I brought it back on November 19, 2024, but after three days, I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong and was instructed to pick it up on November 22. To my dismay, the same problems reappeared immediately upon returning home, now with the engine light illuminated. When I tried to address this in November, I was threatened with police involvement and told they would call my military chain of command, yet my vehicle's issues remained unresolved. This treatment was completely unacceptable. On February 28, 2025, I contacted the service center again and encountered rudeness from a female representative who informed me I couldn't receive my invoice without a charge and claimed they had no control over the part I purchased, even if it was defective. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially since I paid for a service that did not resolve the issues. Today, I had to go to another auto shop for the same problem and ended up paying for the repair again. The new dealership confirmed they were addressing the exact issue that JN Chevrolet claimed to have fixed, which was discussed while the JN service representative was on the phone. Overall, my experience at JN Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable service. More
Mike was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Greeting me at the door to immediately getting to work on finishing me a car with in my range of pricing. I’ve had several new cars in my time. I’ve never experienced the customer service received by the car salesmen we had named Mike. He was accommodating and used the time we had to ensure my daughter received what fit her and what fit her budget. He was transparent, thorough and genuine in his actions and with his intentions. I am normally really uneasy around car salesmen because they always have a hidden agenda. Mike made it easy to trust him. He made sure we understood the numbers and what would take place every step of the process. He even took the time to entertain my mother’s questions and expectations of him. He was thorough with my daughter as this is her first new vehicle. He walked her through every step and even took the time to help her to set up of her “My Chevrolet.” All in all, Mike is exceptionally professional, warm and inviting.
