I am normally really uneasy around car salesmen because they always have a hidden agenda. Mike made it easy to trust him. He made sure we understood the numbers and what would take place every step of the process. He even took the time to entertain my mother’s questions and expectations of him. He was thorough with my daughter as this is her first new vehicle. He walked her through every step and even took the time to help her to set up of her “My Chevrolet.” All in all, Mike is exceptionally professional, warm and inviting.
