Only one word to describe Kimo at JN Chevrolet and that is AMAZING. Today my wife and I visited several dealerships by appointment looking for a Chevrolet Colorado and happened to notice a Chevrolet Colora is AMAZING. Today my wife and I visited several dealerships by appointment looking for a Chevrolet Colorado and happened to notice a Chevrolet Colorado in his lot as we drove by and decided to stop by without an appointment. Kimo was very professional and extremely knowledgeable on the truck (unlike the other dealers) He explained every detail inside and out and the process was so easy we test drove and discussed our terms and left the lot faster than the other dealer dealers. I ABSOLUTELY recommend you personally ask for Kimo when visiting JN Chevrolet. Kimo’s motto was “we can replace a vehicle but we can’t replace a customer.” Kimo really exemplified that today with his service and saved me thousands of dollars!! More

Great experience and good deal on my 2015 Chevy Cruze. Came in today on a budget. Met Mike Marcelin who exceeded my expectations and got me an awesome deal on my 2015 Chevy Cruise. Clint at the service department is very rude. I took my Volt in to get looked at for warranty work. The front counter rep Chris was very polite however he called out one of the technicians, Cl I took my Volt in to get looked at for warranty work. The front counter rep Chris was very polite however he called out one of the technicians, Clint to talk to me. I did not ask to speak with Clint but Clint wanted to give me a piece of his mind on why my car was not malfunctioning. I assume he worked on my car the last time it was in the service department and he was irritated that he was being force to look at my car again. He constantly asked me demeaning questions such as if I ever owned an electric vehicle before insinuating that I just didn't know how they work and couldn't recognize that there was no real problem with the car. He was directly in my face insisting that I acknowledge that because there's no check engine light or other major warning light on so there wasn't anything wrong with my car. I politely told him that I understand his point of view and that he didn't need to continue to talk to me. He continued berating me about how my car was not malfunctioning. I told him that he didn't have to look at my car if didn't want to. He said he was going to look at it but continued berating me. I finally asked him to just to stop talking to me but he refused. I was shocked that he wouldn't just leave me, the customer, alone. All I wanted was for him to go away but he persisted in his quest to get me to acknowledge there is nothing wrong with my malfunctioning car. Then I told them I was just going to leave and they didn't need to look at my car. Another woman showed up trying to "defuse" the situation by commenting that both of us are military people (I was in uniform at the time) and that we just need to deescalate. I again said that I just want to leave with my car and asked if I could have my keys back. Chris then told me the keys were in the car so I started to leave. Clint then sarcastically told me to have a nice day and did not apologize. Definitely avoid this place. If you must get service here just don't talk to Clint. He apparently likes to be a jerk and should just stay in the back shop away from the paying customers. More

Customer service I called to make an appt for my car and ended up getting into an argument with the 1st person's supervisor (2nd person) and she told me to get lost, I I called to make an appt for my car and ended up getting into an argument with the 1st person's supervisor (2nd person) and she told me to get lost, I told her supervisor (3rd person) what happened he told me not to worry about it and to bring my car in, had it serviced only to later receive correspondence from his supervisor (4th person) telling me I'm now banned from the property. I think she lied to them because it mentioned me threatening and using bad language. “JN Chevrolet, where your experience matters.” More
