Jennifer immediately greeted me when I walked in and asked how she can help. When I told her, she quickly took me to Mr. Jeff who in turn, assured me that they'll take care of my Jeep. As I was paying for the work done, the cashier wrote on my copy the note by the mechanic so I know what else needs to be replaced. In summary, I felt special that day as everything I asked for was done. This is why I will not take my Jeep elsewhere for service maintenance. More

Came in ready to purchase. I had the numbers all worked out for the vehicle I saw online. Online price is NOT the actual price I learned quickly. There are extras and packages already on the vehicle they out for the vehicle I saw online. Online price is NOT the actual price I learned quickly. There are extras and packages already on the vehicle they don't mention online, an additional $2006 worth. I asked for a specific vehicle by VIN and was not give the information on that vehicle. After 4 hours of not being shown any paperwork, not being shown the vehicle I asked for, being horrifically mislead on the price of the vehicle, being offered below KBB's lowest trade in value for a 2020 with only 5100 miles on it in like new conditions, I left. Never again. More
