From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable customer service personal that had my vehicle in the shop in just a matter of minutes. I was taken to the waiting area which offered comfortable seating and a very spacious and relaxed atmosphere. I was able to look through a very large window into the mechanical bay area and watch the service experts work on my car. My vehicle was diagnosed and serviced in a very acceptable time frame, and soon I was back on the road. I received a follow up courtesy call from the service department and I was able to report to them that I was highly impressed with the new facility and the quality of service that I had received. JT's is definitely the place to go if you are in the market to buy a new car and they are there for you to meet all of your car care needs. Go ahead!
