Terrible Service 2016 Ram 2500 On July 18, 2016 my 5,600 mile truck had a transmission failure. I had it towed in and followed up with them first thing the next morning. They said we'll look at it this afternoon and get you a comparable rental. I took them for their word and they sent me to enterprise rental. Enterprise only had a Dart to rent me. I am a Heavy Construction employee and bought a truck for a reason. I agreed to work with them since it was only a couple of days. No contact from the whatsoever by Wednesday afternoon. I stopped in and my truck was right where the tow truck left it. Waited over an hour to speak with the service manager who promised me he would have me an answer 1st thing the next morning. I once again trusted him. Never called, never cared. Here I sit on July 21st and my truck was still sitting in the same spot. They will not give me a comparable loaner and I have no idea when I will get my $45,000 truck back. So please, please I beg you do not trust these people. They lie so well they believe it. More

hard to get appointment for recall or oil change I tried to make appointments for a few months to get two recalls and oil change done. they seemed to always been booked up on my day off. once I was a I tried to make appointments for a few months to get two recalls and oil change done. they seemed to always been booked up on my day off. once I was able to get in, I found the waiting area to be way to small for the amount of people waiting. I ended up having to stand by the door outside in the heat for over two hours on an oil change and to be told the recall was a set of chock that went in the trunk. I suffer ptsd and being in a cramped space was difficult. won't be back because of the cramped waiting area and having to stand outside because no chairs to sit in due to all the people waiting. great sales team but service area waiting room sucks. especially for a vet with ptsd. More

"Great Service" I contacted 'Big John' Teal @ JT's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram by phone about purchasing a Jeep for my teenage son. He called me on his vacation time to I contacted 'Big John' Teal @ JT's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram by phone about purchasing a Jeep for my teenage son. He called me on his vacation time to discuss what our vehicle needs were and even recommended a co-worker to assist me. I decided to wait until 'Big John' returned because I liked his honest friendliness and willingness to help. Upon returning from vacation, 'Big John' called me and we set up an appointment (without my knowledge that it was on his off-day). I came in & we closed the deal!! The dealership was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly, but 'Big John' was awesome in taking time out of his vacation & personal time to ensure that we purchased what suited our needs .... 5-Stars for 'Big John' Teal, in all for his great service as well as to the dealership .....
