sales department is awesome service department is a nightmar I can not say enough about George James & James Green they go above & beyond your expectations! They are the only reason we continue to do business wi I can not say enough about George James & James Green they go above & beyond your expectations! They are the only reason we continue to do business with this dealership. The service department is a nightmare I bought my car in May 2015 and have had the same tire pressure censor light come on 6 or 7 times and they can't seem to fix it. When I call they say they will have the shop managers call me back but no one every calls I have to keep calling back. I'm just very disappointed with this part of the dealership, really needs some major changes. More

The service department was most helpful and the towing service they sent was excellent. The driver was prompt and efficient. The Jeep was assessed and ready for pickup the next business day. The service department was again on top of everything and wanted to please the customer. JT'"s has never disappointed me. The gentleman I purchased the car from, William, even calls periodically to see if everything is going well with the vehicle and to inquire if I am still pleased with my purchase. (I purchased the vehicle a little over a year ago.) More
