causing expensive maintenance while not honoring warranty shortly after taking my 2 yr old ram for an oil change I stopped at a store to purchase some groceries and couldn't open the back door to store my ite shortly after taking my 2 yr old ram for an oil change I stopped at a store to purchase some groceries and couldn't open the back door to store my items. I noticed most of the weather stripping was not in place figuring it had somehow got lodged in the door closure mechanism preventing operation from both inside and out. They wanted to charge me over $300 to fix while leaving me without transportation a couple days. When I got home I somehow got the door open and found the child lock engaged. a 3 position setting that can only be set by a screw driver to either 1, off where the door can open from in or out side. 2. door locked from inside but open from outside. 3. door locked from both in and outside. I got a screwdriver and reset it to normal to open from both sides and refitted all weather stripping that was torn from it's mounting flange around the door More

Excellent service dept. See Jeff Beach and Chance Fairchild I bought a car from Robbie Ruple at JT Chrysler. This car had a few issues. We went to the service department where I was greeted by Jeff Beach in a I bought a car from Robbie Ruple at JT Chrysler. This car had a few issues. We went to the service department where I was greeted by Jeff Beach in a friendly manner. Jeff was polite, honest, and seemed to be the man overseeing the service department. Jeff had strong communication skills and knew what he was talking about when it came to my car. I also spoke with Chance Fairchild in service who was also extremely polite. They fixed the issue for free. Excellent service department. I will only take my car to Jeff or Chance for my next service issue at JT Chrysler on Sunset Blvd. in Lexington, SC. More

Waste of time On 5/23/15 We decided to go to JT's after searching at another dealership to make a trade for a mini van. We had purchased at JT's a year before and On 5/23/15 We decided to go to JT's after searching at another dealership to make a trade for a mini van. We had purchased at JT's a year before and thought we would be treated fairly. Our salesman was a gem (Scott). This man worked tirelessly to find what we needed and still stay within our budget. The problem was with financing. The powers that be pulled the bait and switch 3 times. We ended up walking out without a deal. I didn't find out till later that the same thing happened with our first purchase. The only thing was that my husband liked the switched truck. The only problem he had was that the driver's seat was not electric. The one they had shown him did have an electric seat. I think it is deplorable for any company to stoop that low. I felt sorry for our salesman who spent all that time trying to help us and then ended up with no deal because the management kept switching vans on us.They'd show us one and we'd negotiate thinking we were talking about the car we'd seen then when the paperwork came we'd find that it was for a different vehicle. They did that 3 times. The management are scam artists. Their friendliness of the management is like a fox waiting to jump it's prey. More
