Great Experience!!! I have a 2012 Ram 1500. Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, got an appointment for 8:45 the next morning. Took the truck in that night I have a 2012 Ram 1500. Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, got an appointment for 8:45 the next morning. Took the truck in that night because I was in the area. Went to a restaurant to eat and got a phone call before I was done eating letting me know my truck was ready. So, not only did they take care of me the night before my appointment, it was done within the hour. That's what I call service. Thanks JT's. More

Love Service Department, Sales nice, upset about Jeep We have brought our Jeep in 5 times for the same problem. It does not do it all the time, but it shifts very hard at times. I have a bad back, and i We have brought our Jeep in 5 times for the same problem. It does not do it all the time, but it shifts very hard at times. I have a bad back, and it actually hurts me when it does. All we have been told is that several customers have the same problem. We were told there are several updates and we get updated all the time. We never get a call or Email stating we need one, which is very unfair. We are not please with the jeep, especially when we are told it has a Fiat transmission... Really?!! More

poor customer service and service department 2012 ram 1500 25000 miles dodge certified 32000 dollars truck shakes at high way speed took in for repair 5 times and 12 hours later truck shakes wors 2012 ram 1500 25000 miles dodge certified 32000 dollars truck shakes at high way speed took in for repair 5 times and 12 hours later truck shakes worse than before they touched it told nothing we can do that is characteristic of all ram trucks i mean shaking so bad hard to see out of mirrors drove many others and owned one just like it none of those shake.so they want me trade in this truck for another brand new truck at double the price .i dont think so and i do not recommend jt stay away More
