However, dealing with service managers and the cashiers in the service department is terrible. They have attitudes and I've had to set the cashier straight a few times about being rude. Service managers are hard pressed to return calls. Not very impressed and the service department will be the reason I do elsewhere in the future after buying 2 cars from them within a month. service departments treats customers like trash. I can tell JT the owner doesn't use secret shoppers to fix these issues. More

I called about it and was surprised at the fact that they would fix it at no charge. I brought it in... I was taken to and from work, in time, and it was fixed.... ready to go and detailed was again. New Jeep Sales and Initial Service To Install Added Feature I bought a new Jeep Wrangler and was somewhat pleased with the sales experience. The only complaint I had was they only filled the gas tank half way. I bought a new Jeep Wrangler and was somewhat pleased with the sales experience. The only complaint I had was they only filled the gas tank half way. Every other dealership that I have dealt with always filled up the gas tank. The sales manager did give me a $20 gas card though when I mentioned this. My first experience with the service department was not good. I was having a cover put on over the gas cap. The service department was confused as to what was being done. I had to ask where the waiting room was, and discovered the waiting room was extremely small. I never found any restrooms. When my Jeep was done, I found it wedged tight between two other vehicles. I had to get my service advisor to move the other vehicles so I could get out. Another complaint I have with this dealership is that it is extremely difficult to get in or out and maneuver through the dealership. More

I took the Jeep to the local Jeep dealer here in a Orangeburg, SC and was told there was a 6 month to a year wait for the brake booster. That is crazy to wait that long for a part 1 part that helps me come to a stop. I called JT's Jeep service and was told to come on in and they have both parts I needed. Went today (Saturday) and to my shock the job was done within 3 hours, WOW!!! This has been the best visit to ANY service dept. ever. Thank-you Gilda at the service desk and tech that handle my Jeep. I shall return!!! More

Repair was a hassle I guess three times is the charm for repairing my Challenger. Had an issue with my window, brought it in and of course they never have parts to repai I guess three times is the charm for repairing my Challenger. Had an issue with my window, brought it in and of course they never have parts to repair so you set up another appointment to bring the car back. Second time the part was defective so now have to schedule a third appointment. Finally fixed on third time. These appointments were all scheduled for a Saturday as I work during the week and the dealership is not located close enough to my house to make alternative arrangements for transportation. Also, they were supposed to confirm that the parts arrived and confirmed my appointment all three times and never did. Matter of fact I had to call and then they tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment and they would try to squeeze me in. Really? After I threw a fit they found room. Also, they have this bad habit that when you bring your car in for any kind of maintenance or repair the sales department automatically calls you trying to get you to trade your vehicle in for another so imagine my anger when I had to take three straight weeks of them calling me about that. I would not recommend. More
