Wonderful experience!!!! Went to the dealership to trade in my 97 Chevy Malibu for a van. We didn't think that we would get approved but we did. They worked hard to make sure that we got the lowest price possible. They even serviced and detailed the vehicle!!! The only thing was that I waited 5 hours throughout the process and I thought that was too long, especially if you have young kids with you like I did. More

I just wouldn't recommend I recently purchased a 2011 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland. I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased, I honestly do. However, a few days after the purc I recently purchased a 2011 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland. I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased, I honestly do. However, a few days after the purchase the leather on my dashboard started to buckle, I think maybe due to the sun. I only had the vehicle five days. The manager at the dealership offered to replace it, but I had to choose the dashboard replacement. I could not receive the original leather because this is not under warranty. First, I do appreciate the offer to replace, I really do. In addition, the salesman, Mr. George James, tried to be helpful as well. However, I have never done anything like this (picked out material/cover, etc. for a dashboard) so I am at a complete loss. At this point I am just going to keep the buckled dashboard because I do not want to create a mess. Second, the information that would allow me to receive the tags from the DMV was never submitted! Therefore, my temporary tag was about to expire so I called the DMV. They did not know I had purchased a car!! Let me please add that I bought the car on May 7th and the tags expired June 21st!! The dealership provided me with a free rental; however, I paid $60 for additional insurance so that I would not be responsible if anything happened to the car while in my care. As a professional that many people trust, I just couldn't recommend this dealership. I do not feel comfortable doing so. I would however recommend the Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland! I really like it a great deal. If I buy another Jeep I will have to go to another dealership, just to be on the safe side. More
