Bradley at the service desk has been extremely pleasant to work with however we have had five services for the same issue that has still not been resolved as of today. I bought my wife a 2023 Kia Sorrento to work with however we have had five services for the same issue that has still not been resolved as of today. I bought my wife a 2023 Kia Sorrento that has had the exact same issue five different times now the following dates are the occurrences June 3, 2024, September 16, 2025, October 22, 2025, October 29, 2025, and now March 5, 2026 . This is not some run-of-the-mill service issue. The accelerator goes completely dead while she is in traffic. This has happened while she’s getting onto the freeway while she’s going through a traffic light while she is simply driving in traffic. It’s a miracle someone has not run into her. Corporate Kia has been contacted several times regarding this issue as well as through a Lemon Lawyer. The result from Corporate Kia is to attempt to settle for an extremely small amount of cash and simply say the vehicle is still under warranty don’t worry about it if it happens again, we’ll fix it ignoring the very basic fact that this is a dangerous situation and my wife could be seriously injured or possibly killed while driving this vehicle. I’ve contacted Corporate Kia once again and of course they say they are going to escalate and reopen my case. My case number is 25628011. I’ve attempted to contact the dealership again. I believe the most simple situation would to be to buy out this vehicle and let us go on our merry way and never cross paths again. More

I took our family van to the service department cause everything pointed to that being the source. They took it back, and hours later I was told they used a scope and it wasn't the very prevalent sensor leak issue, it was a valve cover gasket. They were also nice enough to quote me 1300 bucks to fix the valve cover gasket, and then charge me over 300 dollars for the diagnosis. I refrained from language, took the car home and tore it apart. There was zero valve cover leaks and an ocean of oil on the block between the V of the 3.3L V6 where the oil pressure sensor was entirely blown out. These people are xxxxxxxx and will apparently rip you off to make a little more scratch than the manufacturer will pay them to fix defective parts. Don't buy a car from these people either, they are the only Kia dealership around since taking over from Galeana. More
First purchase was 01/4/2022 at JTs Kia on Killion Rd my salesperson was Victor Tayler. This was my first new car buying experience and I was financed with the warranty package and Gap insurance in case of salesperson was Victor Tayler. On May 4 2022 I was in accident in which my car was totaled and I was hospitalized for multiple days. I drive for a living so as soon was able I was back on website and communicating with Vic about getting a new car. I picked another Kia Soul came in and was assured Vic would handle the Gap claim there would be no issues and sold and financed for the new one. My payments were higher however I was able to work so I agreed. This car engine caught fire with myself and 3 kids in the car ten days after I purchased it. Car was tire was given the run around for a week then was approved for a rental which took 2 weeks to get into. Still no official word on my car. Then was told to come in and purchase another one and they would rescind the contract and finance the third one. So that’s what I did. I drove around on a bad tag that wasn’t filed correctly our registered finally got that fixed. In December I had a house fire and lost everything except for my vehicle. I had a problem with Kia finance. It has been a nightmare dealing with the dealership and company. My Mom totaled the third one in April so I was once again in the market for another car so I went to another dealership only to find out that the first Kia wasn’t paid off completely it had a balance of 483. And they had charged it off and reported as a repo, I started calling around to find out why and it was for a cigarette burn in the back seat that was there before accident. I was dumbfounded then when I called them out on that they said I had missed a payment. I was never advised of the car not being PIF and bought two more cars from them after. I went to Kia dealership they said would get me into another vechicle and straighten it all out. They wanted a 3 grand down payment and kept giving me the run around and the back and forth call this person then this person about how to fix the first problem with original car. I then found out the gap insurance they sold me didn’t pay off the 3 rd car either. The only car gap insurance paid off was the one the engine blew up in which Kia would’ve be responsible for that anyway. So know I have 2 c/o shows as repos and I can’t get anyone to help me. I can’t get financed anywhere although credit is 615ish. I filed a complaint BBB against finance have spent hours trying to handle all this had to close down my business which I had LLC and all. JTs has been no help at all in fixing any of this and they won’t even finance me again because of there lies and mess ups . I made my payments on time every month they where on auto pay. More
I would like to give a shout out to JT Kia and their employees. It says a lot when an employee goes above and beyond to help out a customer after hours. Bianca Turner is that employee.
